- Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary details. It is your responsibility to check that all information (names, dates, flight details, passport information) is accurate.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept payment through secure methods, and prices are quoted in GBP (£).

- Ticket Rules: Many flight tickets, particularly discounted fares, are non-refundable. Please carefully review the fare conditions at the time of booking.

- Airline Penalties: Refunds are subject to the airline's fare rules and cancellation policies. Airline-imposed cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- airetrips.co.uk Administration Fee: An additional non-refundable administration fee of £75 per passenger applies for handling any cancellation or refund request.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take between 4 to 5 weeks depending on the airline's refund procedures. Some refunds may take longer during peak periods or if the airline delays processing.
Important:
- In the case of a "no-show" (failure to show up for your flight without prior notice), most airlines will treat the ticket as fully used, and no refund may be applicable.
- Some promotional or special fares may be entirely non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Administrative Fees
airetrips.co.uk applies a non-refundable administrative service fee of £75 per passenger for:
- Processing cancellations
- Managing refund requests
- Making amendments or changes to your travel booking
- Reissuing or revalidating tickets
This fee is charged separately from any airline fees or penalties.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you meet all immigration, visa, passport, and health requirements for your travel. We strongly advise you to check with the relevant embassies and authorities before booking.
airetrips.co.uk is not liable for any issues, delays, or denial of boarding resulting from improper documentation.
7. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance can protect you against unforeseen events, such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and other travel-related risks.
8. Our Responsibility
